In this Podcast Steph describes her experiences of her first day in the relationship studies programme in UCC.  The day started with a profound question which marked the beginning of an incredible journey of self-discovery and a new awareness of the importance of a loving relationship with herself.  Steph uncovered a self-created ‘label’ that was unconsciously influencing the relationship she had with herself and others and she tells a story of how she learned to ask for and accept help from others.   Steph invites the listener to reflect on their own relationship with themselves asking “Do you love yourself and how does it feel to be asked this question?” and she shares her own response and personal insights
